(More customer reviews)The zipper is really cheap quality. Even if it weren't a cheap zipper, the way the stroller is designed it is difficult to zip. You have to lean down and look closely while pulling the ends together to zip. It's like zipping a really tight sweatshirt but, to make matters worse, there are parts of the stroller's frame in way. There is very little play in the portion that zips so the zipper is under pressure whenever it is zipped (imagine trying to zip a jacket that is too tight). I was not surprised that it broke, but I am surprised it broke so soon (the second day).
In addition to a bad zipper the wheel aligment is terribly off causing the stroller to pull hard to one side. This can be very dangerous, not to mention fatiguing. I'm pretty athletic and my arm was sore from having to fight against the pull. I tried re-installing the wheels and experimenting with the swivel-locks but it did nothing.
This stroller may be good for short distances (less than a mile) with small dogs under 20lbs who can be fastened in with a harness. Do not rely on the zipper, ezpecially if you will be strolling a cat. And don't even think about buying this stroller unless you have strong arms. Given it's limitations, I would say this stroller is worth no more than $25.
