(More customer reviews)When I received the wrong stroller, I contacted the company and this is the reply they sent me. Looks like they need training in customer service. I won't order from them again.
"Why is your tone so nasty? The item you ordered was a pet stroller, it is not a pet carrier of any kind look at the photo you clearly can see it is a pet stroller. The item you received is a stroller as well as a pet carrier (2-in 1). I am sorry for the inconvenience but mistakes happen. We will send you a return label at "OUR COST" and refund your credit card once we receive it. You do not have to threaten us with what you will or could do all that is unnecessary. I understand you are not required to order from me again and that is your choice we would however appreciate your business. We love all our customers including ones with nasty tones, and just remember you get more honey than with vinegar. Have a great weekend, by the way look out for an email that you will have to print for the return label."
