(More customer reviews)I bought this item to help my hyper/fearful beagle on walks and it works! She carries our kids water and hers and is usually ready to go home after about 20 minutes from exhaustion! We noticed that it also helps her to stay focused on the walk. She no longer pulls (the hyper side of her) and because she is so exhausted and drained from the walk, she has less room to be fearful over things. Yes, she is still fearful and may always be, but this has helped a lot!
