There were no instructions included, either, and - though you don't have to be a genius to figure it out - it would have helped. My main issue is with the door. It is easy to pull it off, even when it's closed. Now, I bought this for a 6 pound, tiny cat and will rarely be using it. It sufficed for the one trip I took with it, so I won't be returning it. I wouldn't recommend it for a larger cat/dog and I'd recommend paying a little more and getting a better quality carrier, for those who are looking.
