Travel Gear Front Pouch, Large Blue Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I purchased three of these to transport each of my three cats some 90 miles on a drive south to my parents' house. Along the way, each of them, one at a time, often while traveling at a high rate of speed on the freeway managed with little difficulty to escape from their carriers. My oldenst after escaping decided to show her appreciation by urinating on her sister who was curled up on the passenger front seat. Thank goodness for Nature's Miracle, but that's another review. The closure for these carriers is totally inadequate for cats. Perhaps a dog might find it more difficult to wiggle the zipper back and escape, but not any cat I currently own. After several zip-ties and rigging I returned home without incident, and threw these worthless carriers away!

Marshall Ferret Designer Pet Tote Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This is a good sized tote for small pets; however, it is of poor design. My pet guinea pig chewed a hole in the mesh after he was in the tote no more than 5 minutes. The quality of the mesh and the placement of the mesh windows can lead to its destruction in no time. Don't waste your money like I did.

Z & Z Croco Pet Carrier Med Pink Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This is as cute as a button, but it is a bit too stiff. I bought the large size and my Shih Tzu fits it OK. The top opening could be a little larger. Overall, I like it a lot.

Cute and good for a light-weight animal. Nice removable base. But my rabbit chewed through the mesh on the first trip...beware.

Petmate Softsided Kennel Cab Dog Carrier Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)We bought two of these to transport our two cats during a 13 hour relocation. The carriers are definitely cat proof against fits of clawing. I was afraid the mesh would tear when one of them started clawing hysterically at it, but it held up well. There were no tears or scratches and there was plenty of space for a fully grown cat to lie down comfortably, with plenty of room to maneuver.
I liked the mesh sides, which made it easier to check on the cats without having to open it up. The plush mat was detachable so we could wrap puppy pads around it for the journey and the side pocket was useful for storage of extra puppy pads with treats.

Petmate Soft-Sided Pet Taxi, Black Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This carrier was great - successfully transported the family's 15 lb cat on two airplanes for a total of over 1000 miles. It was a little small, but the cat was comfortable for the majority of the trip, especially once the "Rescue Remedy" solution kicked in. [Search for this if you're traveling with your pet - it really works!] My only caution is that if your pet has front claws, they may be able to rip the mesh to shreds and escape, but this was not a problem for my de-clawed cat. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend this to others.
