(More customer reviews)I order this back-pack carrier and another messenger carrier for my 4.8 lb puppy hoping to find one I like. I end up loving both, and my puppy seems to agree too! This is a very sturdy carrier. I prefer to carry it as a backpack, instead of a front carrier --- a little too bulky to carry it in the front for me. The opening is big and easy to get the dog in and out. The attached leash make it more secure so I don't need to worry the puppy may jump out. Shoulder traps are very comfortable. The only concern is that it may not be good for summer time, it can get pretty warm for both the puppy and me due to the material of the backpack...
