(More customer reviews)We have a 14 year old dog and a 3 year old dog. I love to take them for walks but in the last few years, the 14-yr-old can not keep pace with the young one and me. For about a year, I have been having to cut walks short, carry the older dog part way - ugh!, not go for walks, leave the old dog at home, or worse yet, be pulled by the young dog while dragging the old dog behind me. I do not enjoy feeling like a wishbone when trying to get excercise for me and my pets. I was skeptical about the value of a dog stroller... I thought it would be ridiculous, but I LOVE IT. I can take my dogs for a walk again. When the old one gets tired, I just pop her in the stroller and she enjoys the break while I and the young dog keep walking along as she rides. My old dog is a 17lb. Llaso Apso and for her long body she fits inside very well. It has a bigger interior than I thought. The mesh allows her to continue to look out and sniff around while we kept walking. The price is right and surprisingly the quality was better than I thought it would be. There is even a padded bottom, cup holders, and closable tray pocket for my keys. It is meant for flat surfaces (no off-roading with this thing), but that suits my needs. I would recommend it for anyone with an older dog who can't go for walks like he/she used to.
