(More customer reviews)The bag is okay. It worked for getting on and off a plane. It can push down to fit under the seat on a plane which is nice for any one who has a medium/small size dog that will lay down once in the carrier. The only complaint I have is you can't take out the inside liner so you can't clean it. Any one who ownes a pet knows that pretty big factor. I think for at expensive of a carrier that it is the fact that you can't clean it makes it not really worth it. My Dog is a min pin/grey hound mix he is about 18lbs and he loves to be inside the carrier and fits in it well. The first time i put him in it he didn't like it but after a week of getting him used to it he prefers it over his bed in the house so that is a big upside.
