(More customer reviews)I once bought a very old product that was like a hard plastic Frisbee full of a gel that you were supposed to microwave in order for it to heat up. It was a hard uncomfortable lump and I don't think I have to make the case it was a cumbersome thing to use. Finally this concept has bee well executed. I love everything this company makes, the design is always beautiful and the craftsmanship exceptional.
