(More customer reviews)I travel often between California and Vancouver. This bag has been perfect for my needs. The construction and materials are top notch. I especially like the privacy mesh since my cat is pretty skittish around large numbers of people. The bag really keeps her nerves calm and makes the journey very manageable. She even uses it to sleep in while at the hotel. Frida just loves it!
Other features which I like is its flexible sizing. The ends of the bag will conform to the available size of the under seat area. Very nice since it will expand and provide as much room possible for your pet. The bag also can also be attached to the handle of any wheeled upright luggage. This was a great feature since I travel with my laptop bag as well.

(More customer reviews)I was worried this carrier might be a little small for my 8 lb. adult cat, but he is very comfortable in it. My vet said that most people err on the side of carriers that are too large, and that cats actually tend to like smaller spaces because they feel more secure in them. In any case, Truman is able to turn around, and he relaxes nicely when he's in the carrier.
It's not a struggle to get him in, and taking him out is a cinch too, since one of the panels unzips entirely to lie flush with the floor. There's a nice furry pad in there, and the mesh allows the animal to see out as it likes. A small zipped pocket can hold a brush and a ziploc of food or some favourite toys.

Precision Pet Suitcase Crate, Chrome Review

(More customer reviews)This crate has fit our 51 lbs. boxer very well. It has more than enough room, and is very easy to collapse. The crate fits easily in the back of the smallest SUVs, or even a hatchback. It is a bit heavy though, and moving it up and down stairs can be a pain. If you have the need for an easily movable dog crate, I cannot recommend this enough. But, if you just need a crate, and don't plan to take it on trips, there may be better options for you.

(More customer reviews)This product was pretty easy to assemble - the doors were a little difficult to get in place, but I had it together in less than 10 minutes with no tools. The only problem I have with this carrier is that it takes two hands to close and lock - the pins for the doors don't line up and you have to hand-guide them into the correct location to lock them in place. One of the two (top and bottom pins) generally hits the target on first attempt the other has to be guided into place. Otherwise it is well worth the money - looks good and easy to clean.

(More customer reviews)I am amending my review now that I have used it a few times. This stroller would not fit a 20lb dog! My dog is 10lb and barely fits! The wheels constantly get stuck now that I have used it a few times - haven't used it that many times as it is in our vacation home. On the plus side, she can see out of all the mesh windows. Pet Gear has a much better Stroller (more money but worth it) with three wheels (get the one where the wheel in the front moves - you can also lock in place for jogging)

Coleman Xpedition Pet Carrier Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this based on previous customers' reviews, plus I trust the Coleman name. It isn't that this is such a bad product, but it has two flaws that, had I realized before, would have kept me from buying it.
First, it is stable when it is all zipped up, but not when one end is open. If your large pet kitty struggles being put in, this can be a little frustrating. My old pet carrier had little sockets that ran down the top on each side that you would slide rods into, thus, keeping it rigid when in use, then removing them when you wanted to fold it flat for storage. ...But this flaw is minor, and is in fact manageable, but nevertheless, worth mentioning.
The second is far worse, in my opinion--I didn't realize that the nice plush soft pad is permanently attached to the frame. The first time I used it, my cat peed in it at the vet... wouldn't it be nice if that plush pad were removable and could be tossed in the wash?? Nope. The whole apparatus got washed by hand in my kitchen sink (not just "spot" cleaned as per manufacturers' recommendation--sorry, not good enough for cat pee, thank you very much), and is now drying in the sun in my back yard. Who knows how long that will take in the middle of February?
Other than that, it is a well made product. Sturdy, etc. And it does fold nicely for storage.

(More customer reviews)I got this carrier for less than the Aran 2 version, and I'm actually glad I got the bigger one as it gives my full-grown cat plenty of space. I could probably put two cats in it, in fact.
This carrier is quite sturdy and I like the edge-locking system. The top door is a little hard to open, though. It kind of sticks a little; not enough for me to dock a star, though -- I assume it'll loosen up over time.

(More customer reviews)This item is great for mid-sized pets. I have a 9 pound tortoise that loves to ride in this carrier. I told my neighbor about this product and she bought one for herself. She loves it and her cat is 12 pounds. The top part of the carrier has 3 settings: closed - can't look out, open - the entire unit unzips so your pet can ride with their head out, and closed see through - there is a mesh see through top that can give your animal a look outside while not allowing them to jump out.
The bag portion easily turns into a carrier by disconnecting it from the stroller from the Velcro fasteners. The stroller easily collapses by pulling on two triggers on the long bar that locks it into place. The carrier bag can also be easily secured in a vehicle using the carrier belt buckle seat in your vehicle (it does not work well with the regular seat belt with the chest cross bar, although you could maneuver it to make it fit, it is really meant for the other lap style seat belt.
It's a good stroller for around $50. The only gripe I had about it was the rear parking break on my unit kept clipping the tire. I had to shave a part of the brake off so that it wouldn't do that. Other than that, I would have given it 5 stars.
Overall, the product looks like a pet carrier and does not give the illusion that you are pushing a baby stroller.

However, he is only about 2 lbs and the product info says the sling can hold an 8lb dog. I'm not so sure about that. Once the sling is on you... I think an 8lb dog would be far to large to fit the poor guy. But that's just my 2 cents.

He broke out of the top zip of another carrier I bought new, the first time I used it; so I bought this carrier because it looks more sturdy & secure.
It's very long, which is great, but it's not very high - so my cat has to lay down in the carrier, he can't sit up - that's the one downside, I wish it was taller.

I wheeled her around the airport and she seemed nice and cozy... the bag was a little big for the measurements for the airplane but they still let me on with it. The down side of this bag was... as I was pulling my cat through the airport in her nifty bag the legs on the bottom of the bag pops off and now i feel like I'm dragging my cat through the airport in her bag. Granted the legs on the bottom are velcroed on so you will never lose the legs but it just inconvenient to have to stop every five minutes to double check your not dragging your animal through the airport.

My dog likes that he can see what's going on, and I have the comfort of knowing that he can't jump out! Also, the way the mesh works, unless someone recognizes that it is a pet carrier, no one can really see the dog inside, which makes it perfect for air travel if you don't want dirty looks!
