(More customer reviews)This crate has everything! First of all, it's very well made. No cheap products or construction here. The straps, windows and other details are well designed. It's a very functional crate and looks nice too. I love the Khaki color!
With most of my Amazon reviews I usually have suggestions for improvement. Well, I can't come up with any for this. The price was right too. I bought two of these for my two 7-pound Yorkies. I don't use them for every day. Mostly I wanted them for trips and emergencies. I keep one in the car, even though my dogs ride in booster seats, in case one of them gets injured when we're out hiking or something. And if I need to evacuate the house in an emergency, I can fit both dogs into one crate.

Sherpa Cat Tote Review

(More customer reviews)I chose this to fly on KLM as its dimensions had to be this size. Suitable enough for purpose but the lining mat is a bit narrow. It also wont stand upright with the end open which i needed to tempt my cat to choose it as a cosy place to sleep.I also had to pay 15 pounds excess on the postage as it came from US to UK- makes it expensive but they dont seem to be available here.

(More customer reviews)I just received my Large Bali2 and I am in love with it. I've been looking for a long time and having trouble finding exactly what I wanted, but I believe this is it. It seems sturdy and well made. I bought the Large for my two pups - one is a little over 2.5 lbs and the other a little over 3 lbs and it seems a little large, but gives them plenty of room to move around. I've also handled Celltei carriers that have inserts you have to put in to make the carrier keep its shape. The Bali2 is able to keep its shape on its own and I look forward to using it.

(More customer reviews)This soft crate works good for us. It is fairly lightweight and well made. Our 7 month old miniature dachshund puppy went in it immediately and went straight to sleep. No problems. It is much quieter to travel with this soft crate than the metal one we were using. I love the one main handle for carrying it and the side zipped pouch for putting a little food, water, bowl and leash in. I definitely would recommend this product.

(More customer reviews)I bought this pet carrier for my new Boston Terrier puppy - probably 5-6 pounds right now. The "Small" size Argo carrier is still much too big for him. However, even if it were the right size, the quality doesn't match the price of this carrier. It looks great, but 1) The holes you load the dog through on the sides are VERY small, even for my little dog - I could barely get him into the thing; 2) The inside is lightly padded on the bottom, but is covered only with hard plastic - other carriers have nice furry insides; 3) It doesn't have any pockets to hold your personal items (wallet, cell phone), or the dog's items (clean-up bags, treats, etc.). The peep hole is nice, but there's no way to cover it up (in case the dog gets over-excited in public, you want to make a quick run into the grocery without anyone noticing him, etc.) In summary, the bag looks very cute, but is not very functional. I returned it immediately.

(More customer reviews)While I was visiting Puerto Rico in October 1997 I fell in love with a kitten that had been abandoned. When I called the airlines to see if it would be possible to carry my new kitten on the plane WITH ME (she was too small, only 4 weeks old to go in cargo) they recommended that I buy a carrier that could fit under the airplane seat. I had not heard of anything like this, but I went to the closest pet store and asked them if they had one. THEY DID - this very one for less than $20. I bought it and brought her back home with me.
Not only was the carrier a perfect fit under the seat it was a perfect size to sit on top of the seat tray so I could check on her (feed her/comfort her). PLUS I loved that you couldn't really see inside and poke around because it kept her more calm. I have had this carrier since! Nothing has broken! Anytime I had to carry her anywhere (moving, vets, pet-sitters) I used it. In her adult - senior age she was used to it, and although it didn't give her a lot of wiggle room this was by far the best way to transport her. I once used a "new" carrier thinking the extra wiggle room would be appreciated but half way through the drive she peed. Sometimes less is best.
Today I am buying another one so the new kitten doesn't have to share but I still have the 1st one and I will never get rid of it.

The only thing that is different from the picture, or at least I thought, is that it looked like it was quilted (with the triangular sewing patterns) but such is not the case. It is just a flat surface. But I still love it!

It cost me the same to get a new zipper as the entire bag originally cost! Stupid mistake on my behalf, because the little brat did it again. Now she just sleeps in it and i got a cheaper, but not as nice one from target for taking her around town.

It can push down to fit under the seat on a plane which is nice for any one who has a medium/small size dog that will lay down once in the carrier. The only complaint I have is you can't take out the inside liner so you can't clean it. Any one who ownes a pet knows that pretty big factor. I think for at expensive of a carrier that it is the fact that you can't clean it makes it not really worth it. My Dog is a min pin/grey hound mix he is about 18lbs and he loves to be inside the carrier and fits in it well. The first time i put him in it he didn't like it but after a week of getting him used to it he prefers it over his bed in the house so that is a big upside.

(More customer reviews)I must say, I was willing to pay this amount because I thought I was getting a better quality item. After a only a few weeks, this bag caved in and my puppy would no longer go into it. I tried several times and ways to fix it, but it would not stay up.
I contacted the company and they told me to "stuff it with wet towels and spray it heavily with starch..." are they kidding? Then I found a reference to this problem under their web site FAQ's. So, they are knowingly selling a defective item and expecting the customer to then fix it. They never responded to my second email... I could not return it because it had been used.
This is a company that does NOT stand behind it's products. I found a much less expensive one at target, and it works much better!
Do not waste the extra $ on this item.
