(More customer reviews)Product was fine. Clear plastic of decent thickness. The twist to unlock hatches on each end were very hard to turn at first, needed to be sanded down and then it worked fine. However I got this for my rats, as their is a picture of a rat on the box. Problem is rats don't really see that well and mostly navigate with their wiskers, so put them in a ball and they really don't know where they are or where they are going whether it is a clear ball or pitch black. With all three of my rats they just bump into things for a few minutes and then just sit in a corner.
