(More customer reviews)I purchased this pet carrier for a friend who was headed out of town. The bag arrived on time and initially she thought it was perfect. She put the 5 lb. toy poodle in so he could get comfortable with it. When she lifted the bag she realized the straps were not securely attached. Straps on all sides were literally hanging from the bag. With only a few days before her travel she rushed out to find a new bag. She was unable to find something in the same price range so she ended up taking the bag to a local shoe repair. It cost her $25 to have it fixed. That was as much as the bag itself. What a major disappointment.
