I have a 14 lb poodle mix, so she is pushing the size limitations. The extra weight on the handlebars makes it a bit harder to ride - especially if the dog wiggles, but it is manageable if you go slower.
The downsides:
1. The way the straps are designed it is a bit hard to get my dog in and out of the basket
2. The width makes it harder to access my brake levers (I have a small mountain bike, so this may be better on other bikes).
The upsides:
1. It is easy to install
2. My dog seems to like it
3. Now I can take her with me when riding!
Overall, I'd recommend it, but ride carefully!

(More customer reviews)I have this pet water dispenser and I found it to be a nuisance while out in the park with my dog. In order to use it you have to un-clip the bottom, pull the water bottle out, push it into the top opening and then begin squeezing the water bottle to dispense the water. Also, the water comes out in very small increments. I used it twice and gave up.
I found the Gulpy pet water dispenser by New Angle to be far superior to the Handi-Drink version. You just pull up the water bottle and begin squeezing the bottle and your dog is drinking water in seconds. The water comes out much easier than the Handi-Drink and the Gulpy is far more convenient. I have never found the Gulpy pet water dispenser on Amazon but if you Google it you can find other places that sell it. I also just recently found it at my local REI store.
I have purchased several Gulpy's to keep in both cars and to give to friends. In my opinion, this one is far better than the Handi-Drink, if only for ease of use.

The door latch feature is also a major plus, just pull up on either left or right doorpost knobs. Some of my crafty puppies were onto the old crate door latches and were occassionally working their door unlatched, noway with these ones! They even come with attachable slide stops for added security when using carrier for longdistance traveling. And as an added bonus they have and optional nylon grommet straps to secure it in your vehicle.

Universal Sport Bag Pet Carrier by Emanuele Bianchi Motorcycle Connection Review

(More customer reviews)I am not real happy with the attachment assembly thus far, for use on a motorcycle tank that is. The little pads, that are suppose to go under the buckles don't really stay where they are suppose to, that's if they even end up on the tank in a position to be held down. If you're not careful you can scratch the hell out of your tank. I don't know why they didn't just coat the buckles with a non-scratch substance, and use the pads as well. It's also difficult to tighten the bag attachment assembly down, because it has an adjustment on each side. So, if you pull it really tight on one side, it just loosens on the other side. So, you have to get it where you want it, and tie a knot around the adjustable strap on one side, then you can tighten it down on the other side. It's a terrible design.
They could've just made a piece slightly curved made out of a medium, to hard rubber about 2-3 inches thick. This would lift all attachments away from the tank completely. They just need to make the attachment piece out of a stiffer material like a hard plastic, curved rubber mount underneath that, and have everything ride above the tank protecting it. The straps should only be adjustable on one side, instead of both sides. Having it adjustable on both just makes it impossible to tighten it down enough, for me to feel safe enough to have my pooch riding in it without tying a knot on one side. Then you can get it tight enough to fell safe. It's just a poor, poor design, that obviously wasn't tested out on a motorcycle very well. At least not by someone who cared about their bikes paint job. I use it, but not w/o some modifications to make it work better, and to protect my tank. My dog does love to ride in this carrier, but I'lll only use it in town. I have another carrier I use, if we are going on a longer ride made by T-bags. It's much sturdier attachment, that I would feel safe laying my bike down and still have her pretty well protected.

I believe that large clothes would fit on these hangers as well. Well-made, sturdy plastic, yet slightly flexible to fit over most closet rods. Flexibility is important- that means they won't break like other dog clothes hangers. I custom-built a dog clothes closet using ClosetMaid storage units, and these hangers work like they were made for this storage cabinet. If you have a cabinet that is a foot deep, CLEO hangers will fit in with an inch or two on each side to spare. The hangers look great and the clothes do not fall off, like some hangers out there (which are actually marketed as doll hangers and cross-merchandised as dog clothes hangers). Your dog clothing needs dog clothes hangers- thinner doll clothes hangers allow the fabric to stretch too much and that shirt or sweater will not fit your dog the same the next time you put it on him (trust me on this one!) The CLEO hangers are the real-deal and will hang thin pet clothing as well as thick sweaters- you'll love them!

(More customer reviews)I normally don't write reviews but for the sake of all the pet lovers out there, I'll give them a heads up on the product before they end up buying it. I have a Yorkie who is ~ 7 lbs. I looked around various other pet slings and thought perhaps this might work for his smaller size (after reading other web reviews on this product). Unfortunately after I received the product, I put my dog in only to find that he slides around in it (the ends have a large pocket of space-- too much actually) and that he's unable to stick his head out (as many dogs naturally tend to do) while trying to lie down comfortably in it. Your best bet is to go with another product if you have a smaller breed. Otherwise, it's an alright product. So, as for me...the search continues for a better/smaller sling for my toy breed. Hope this helps!

(More customer reviews)We got this carrier for our newly adopted 9 lb. cat, Ella. She HIGHLY disliked traveling when we got her, and getting her into the carrier was an exercise in will and ferocity. (Because we are suckers and first-time pet parents, she won the first time--we did postpone her initial vet check-up!!) However, all it took was some treats and firmness and one vet visit (after which she was HAPPY to return to her carrier to get out of the office) to completely change her mind. When we got home, she started taking naps in her carrier and playing in it, jumping out of it to surprise her brother, etc. Now, she has even gone with us on walks around the neighborhood, and likes peering out through the screened side at the world. (I think this is a real advantage of this bag--she feels very secure but can position herself so that she can easily see what is going on.) And from my perspective, it's as easy to carry as a purse, right over my shoulder. And, if I'm worried about her, I don't have to open up the bag at all and risk her jumping out. I can get in close to the mesh and look through and make sure she's all right.
In terms of durability, the metal-type mesh on the inside has "bent" in a few places from her scratching, but it hasn't torn at all. The double layer of mesh is really durable, and still attractive. All in all, it's a great carrier for her. We haven't flown with her, but if we had to, I'm confident it would do the job well.
One thing to be aware of--it IS too small for our 13.5 lb. big boy of a cat. (And he's even a little underweight--believe it or not.) He wishes that he could fit in it--he loves the thing--but he doesn't really have enough room to turn around in it. It just isn't the right size carrier for a larger cat.

Ours is placed in a crew cab Ford truck on the floor behind the center console in rear seating area. The carrier is sturdy but I would not take it through an airport however because if it gets squeezed enough the door latch could pop open. General use in a car or truck is what it is made for and does this well. When it arrives there is some assembly required but it is not difficult. The small snack and water tray attached to the door is an added bonus. It also has an access hatch on top, we do not use it much because the latch is plastic. I would highly recomend this carrier for everday use.
